Above €75, your order will be delivered free of charge to the address you specified or to a collection point. We work with DHL & PostNL.
You can also choose the shipping option 'Delivery in Papendrecht'. We deliver this order ourselves for only €2.95. Once you have paid, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time that suits you best.
Deliver
If you order on working days before 13:00, we will ship your order the same day and you will usually receive it the next working day. Please note this does not apply to the entire collection. View the current delivery time per item

If you prefer to pick up your order at a pick-up point of your choice, this is also possible. When you receive your Track & Trace code from us, you can easily change the delivery address to a Postnl/DHL collection point in the link of the e-mail. The package will be held at the collection point for a maximum of 7 days.
Return
You can return the ordered items within 14 days of receipt. After the expiry of this period, returns will not be accepted. The item must meet the return conditions.
The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Return conditions
- Items that are returned must be delivered undamaged and complete with packaging.
- Damage and/or traces of use can be a reason to refuse the return items.
- Goods must always be properly packaged to prevent transport damage.
- You will only be credited with the shipping costs if Tecorazone Interior Design is responsible for the error / 5b39-5cf58d_ _bb39-5 -136bad5cf58d_ the problem or when the products are returned in proper packaging.
